In order to earn the MRW, Bill
and Jacqui submitted extensive portfolios documenting their resume writing skills and completed an
intensive business writing examination. The requirements for MRW candidacy
include the following:
- Five years of documented experience as a
professional resume writer.
- Possession of a resume writing certification
issued by another recognized careers industry association.
- Submission of five full client
presentations, among distinctly different industries.
In order to maintain the MRW, candidates must compile
and submit five full client presentations bi-annually, and author an essay
detailing new information, strategies, and tips and techniques he or she has learned in
the interim for developing industry-leading job search marketing documents.
